In accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Saran Aviation, as data controller, informs you about the processing of your personal data.
1. Personal data processed
We process the full name, phone number, email address and message content that you share through the contact and quote form.
2. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to evaluate your quote requests, to contact you and to conclude your request. It is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
3. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK art. 5/2-c (establishment or performance of a contract) and art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
4. Retention period
Your data is retained for the period necessary to conclude your request and for the periods required by relevant legislation; it is deleted or anonymised at the end of this period.
5. Transfer
Your personal data is processed only with the technical infrastructure providers necessary to provide the service (e.g. email server) and is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request correction or deletion, and to object to processing.
